There are simply no other options when it comes to the dumpling.

What We Are

Pinch, at it's soul, is a traditional gourmet Chinese dumpling experience. We are here to break the standard dumpling concept completely and redefine what a dumpling is- taking it back to it's authentic roots.

What ultimately sets Pinch apart is our single minded focus on the dumpling. Inspiration for our product comes from time tested recipes that have been passed down for generations. Executive Chef Rebecca Lee has been perfecting these recipes for nearly 40 years and is ready to share them with the world.  She learned to make them with her mother in China as a young girl, the only daughter in a family of 6 sons.  Our commitment to hand crafting every dumpling, from rolling the dough to pinching them closed, shines through with each bite.

What We Are Not.

A Typical Asian Restaurant.  We will never divert our Chef's attention from what she is good at  to focus on other products that have nothing to do with the Dumpling. No sushi, fried rice, or 'General Tso's' anything: just Dumplings.

'Asian Fusion'. We will never tamper with tradition by using ingredients never heard of in a Chinese kitchen.

'if you cannot find it in my mother's kitchen, we won't use it.'
