Pinch's traditional Chinese dumplings are 100% made from scratch in-house daily.  We take pride in kneading and rolling our own dough, grinding our own meat, and hand-pinching each of our dumplings every day.  There is simply no comparison to a freshly made, freshly cooked dumpling.

While innovative at times, we use only authentic Chinese ingredients in our dumplings.  We strive to keep a seasonal menu by offering a rotating flavor along with our traditional pork and vegetable dumplings at all times.


It's whats on the inside that counts.

The most important part of any dumpling is it's filling. At Pinch, we strive to use locally sourced whole-cut meat that are freshly ground daily to make our fillings.
