in addition, each pinch location offers a rotating spcial/seasonal flavor. Pinch offers nearly 20 types of gourmet Chinese dumplings on a weekly rotating basis. This means our menu items change weekly to offer an ever changing experience from our vast list of dumpling flavors we have perfected.
